These terms govern your use of the Hampstead Travel website and the travel-arrangement services we provide. Please read them carefully. By using our website or asking us to arrange travel, you agree to them.
Hampstead Travel is an independent travel agency at 63 Mill Lane, West Hampstead, London NW6 1NB. When we arrange travel, we act as an agent on behalf of the airlines, hotels, tour operators and other suppliers who provide it. Your booking is subject to the individual terms and conditions of those suppliers, which we will make available to you before you book.
Where your trip includes flights or packages that require it, your booking is financially protected in line with UK requirements. We will confirm the protection that applies to your specific booking before you pay.
Payment terms, deposits, balances, and any charges for changes or cancellations are set by the relevant supplier and will be confirmed to you in writing before you book. Please check them carefully, as they vary between suppliers and fare types.
We will arrange your travel with reasonable skill and care. As an agent, we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of the suppliers who provide the travel itself, whose own terms will apply. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
The tools and content on this website, including the Trip Designer, are provided to help you plan. Suggested itineraries and prices are indicative and confirmed only at booking. You may not misuse the website or attempt to disrupt it.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
