Hampstead Travel ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
Hampstead Travel is an independent travel agency based at 63 Mill Lane, West Hampstead, London NW6 1NB. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@hampsteadtravel.co.uk. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.
We do not ask you to store passport scans or identity documents on this website.
We only share your data with trusted service providers who help us run Hampstead Travel, under contract and appropriate safeguards. These currently include our database and email providers, our payment processor for any subscription, and travel suppliers needed to fulfil your booking. We never sell your personal data.
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy decisions.
We keep your data for as long as you are a customer or engaged with us, and thereafter only as long as needed for legal, accounting or legitimate business reasons. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see your rights).
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, to object to certain processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@hampsteadtravel.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption of passwords and secured access to our systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we take our responsibility seriously.
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
